The September Recruitment Insights Report with the latest Recruitment Experiences and Outlook Survey (REOS) data is now available.
Results show there was an increase in the recruitment rate, to 49%, while recruitment difficulty lessened slightly (down by 2 percentage points) to 59%. Both indicators have fluctuated over the last 6 months but have been generally trending down for most of the year. Overall, results indicate that recruitment activity is softer than 12 months ago but remains relatively resilient.
