This is the first report from the VET National Data Asset (VNDA) published in November 2023.
This release focused on the economic, employment and further study outcomes of Vocational Education and Training (VET) students who completed a course in the 2018-19 financial year. Outcomes were published for the top 100 courses with the most completions, along with national level outcomes for females, First Nations students and students with disability.
The report shows that VET is delivering multiple economic and employment opportunities for students who completed their courses. The benefits include an uplift in employment rates and median income across all cohorts, as well as a transition to further study at a higher level.
