We've just released the Recruitment Experiences and Outlook Survey 2023 in Review report.
It paints a picture of slowing labour market conditions over the year, with a decrease in recruitment activity and signs that businesses were finding it easier to recruit staff. This was consistent across almost all industries, occupations and skill levels. It also found that conditions for regional businesses were more challenging than in the capital cities, with regional businesses continuing to experience high recruitment difficulty and needing to recruit more often.
